"You made a difference. Thank you."

About: Musgrove Park Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a relative),

We found ourselves in the relatives waiting room in A and E.

The events of that day we will never forget.

Our dear sister was rushed into the department after becoming ill suddenly- and within hours we were preparing to say our goodbyes.

The staff on duty at that time reminded us all that is great about the NHS. These are people who weren't simply doing their jobs.

"Mark " the paramedic who stayed with us , and came to see us the next morning.

The doctors and nurses, so dedicated, and compassionate, most came to say goodbye - long after their shift should have ended.

You made a difference.  Thank you.

Dear Dibley 1

I am very sorry to hear of your loss.

Thank you for taking the time to praise our team at such a difficult time for you.

We are very proud of our team and the compassion they show on a daily basis.

I will make sure that your kind words get back to Mark the paramedic as we consider them to be part of the team.

Our thoughts are with you at this terrible time

Regards

Louise
