"Brilliant!"

Yesterday, I attended St Margaret's Hospital for an ultrasound-sound. I was seen exactly on time. The clerks were extremely friendly and helpful. The nurse was professional, friendly, had excellent interpersonal skills and explained the procedure clearly. The radiologist was totally professional, experienced, described what was happening clearly, caring with excellent interpersonal skills. Months ago this very experienced radiologist raised concerns regarding a health issue that they identified. The GP responded immediately. Both professionals obviously enjoyed their jobs and working as a team. I was very lucky to have such conscientious and hardworking professionals caring for my welfare.
