I seem to be always moaning, to no avail.
The Royal
London does not seem to focus in patient care at all.
I had to escalate and chase to get my CT scan and was referred finally for breathing tests,
CT scans of lungs, heart and nasal area as well as an echocardiogram. I am scared that if nothing else something, is wrong with me.
I desperately need my results, the anxiety of all this led to me being prescribed prozac. I ve had a bad time in the scanning process and now wont get my results until Jun 18 as my appointment has been moved..
Is it acceptable to leave someone in fear and despair for effectively, months?
Hopefully
I am ok, but if there is a problem how much do you have to do to get a simple phone call or email.
Is there any common sense or respect at the RLH.
