About: Pinderfields General Hospital / Urology

Attended Pinderfields One Stop Haematuria Clinic in the Urology Investigations Scoping Unit. Had blood test, ultrasound and flexible cystoscopy. Was treated courteously and respectfully throughout the whole of my visit. Was kept fully informed of procedures to be carried out and had results explained in detail. The investigation process used to take a full day it is now, thankfully, compressed in to 2 hours - excellent. This is NHS at its best!!
