Don't know what has happened to this surgery. Doctors and clinical staff are really good. Reception/admin staff are abysmal and from my experience have absolutely no idea about anything. Still waiting 9 weeks on to get full online access to my medical records. Asked about 3 weeks ago when I was getting it for receptionist to go n get another receptionist who then messed about on my records and has now given me restricted access!!! Useless
