About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Dermatology

(as the patient),

I have been to Forth Valley Royal to the Dermatology unit to have a biopsy on my leg. I wanted to say how good the procedure was and how professional the staff were. I think they were called Kirsty, Lauren & Pamela, so professional and put me at ease as I must admit I was quite nervous about the appointment after previously having a bad experience else where. I wish all staff & procedures were like this.
