I’ve been trying to get an appointment for 3 weeks. None available to book online and when I finally get through on the phone there’s never anything available. On more than one occasion i’ve Had conditions which could have been treated quickly but ended I worsening because I couldn’t see a doctor to the point where I had to ring NHS direct and get a direct referral to the hospital.

Thank you for your feedback regarding our appointments. We do offer a walk-in clinic every Monday and Thursday afternoon which would guarantee you being able to see a GP if you chose to. We have recently made all of our GP appointments available to book online.

We also offer the following appointment types;

- Pre-bookable GP appointments up to 2 weeks in advance.

- Book on the day GP appointments available from 8am on the day.

- Pre-bookable telephone appointments available up to 2 weeks in advance

- Home visits with GPs and Nurses for patients unable to attend surgery

- Pre-bookable late evening GP appointments on Monday evenings until 8pm, bookable from 7 days before.

- Walk in GP appointments on Monday and Thursday afternoons from 1:30pm to 2:30pm - anyone coming to the desk between those times will be seen.

- Pre-bookable late evening GP appointments at other surgeries throughout Bradford from 6:30pm to 9:30pm, available from 5 days before.

- Book on the day late evening GP appointments at other surgeries throughout Bradford from 6:30pm to 9:30pm, available from 9am on the day.

- Pre-bookable weekend GP appointments at other surgeries throughout Bradford from 10am to 1pm, available from 9am the Thursday before.

- Push Doctor consultations via video call every weekday and weekend evening.

- Online Consultations from our practice web-site.

We also offer pre-bookable appointments with our Practice Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, Physiotherapist, Carer Support worker and Alcohol Worker, as well as specialist clinics for Diabetes and Minor Surgery and post-natal clinics each week.
