I was sent by the Royal Free, Pond Street to attend to a huge hematoma on my forehead.
The Dr and Nurse I saw were great.
I had to return but the second Dr I saw didn't look at my Notes, could not find the CT Scan and I wasn't impressed at all.
Same goes for my third visit. Fourth visit was for signing off.
Only the Registrar dealt with me.
My fifth visit was so different.
It was the Orthopaedic Dept.
Wish I were allowed to use the Dr's name because she was terrific.
So knowledgeable, clear description of my problem and good advice given.
On each visit, the clerical and nursing staff were fine.
The place was very clean.
I found it to have a pleasant atmosphere.
Great amenities.
