"A massive thank you to two members of staff"

Would just like to say a great big thank you to a particular member of staff, for her kind and reassuring , words and making a very nervous patient feel a little better, I had to go for a stress echo cardiograph, she was absolutely amazing , I would also like to thank the Consultant for getting me the test at short notice, I feel they both went above and beyond, if or when I have to return I just hope that I will be in the good hands of the above, so once again, thank you so much
