"Appointment booking change at pain management clinic, New Victoria Hospital"

About: New Victoria Hospital (Glasgow)

(as the patient),

I have attended the pain management clinic for many years and wonder why I no longer make an appointment at the desk but instead receive a letter of appointment. This surely must incur a cost - paper, envelope and a stamp (now at least 50p).

The previous system worked well - and it appears - costs less, will be interested in your reply.

Many thanks for your feedback.

I will pass your comments on to those responsible for the management of the appointments system and ask them for their view.

I will post this on the website once they have responded.

Paul
