My husband and I along with another couple were involved in a head on collision in April we were all admitted to hospital three of us were admitted to the poly trauma unit ward 212 where we had excellent care being all together was a great tonic as we were able to see how each other were getting and being able to talk about what happened to us all instead of bottling it up Gillian the OT came to see us and gave us advise on how best to cope and manage with our different injuries her cheery smile and great sense of humour and helpfulness was much appreciated along with her thoughtfulness about how we were going to cope once we got home my husband got home on the Friday and got settled into a slow routine I got home the following Wednesday until then I felt I wouldn't be able to cope with my personal hygiene due to my injuries and Gillian made sure that I was able to do this before I was discharged for which I am very grateful x
