"No idea/No care/Not intrested"

About: Northern General Hospital

No wonder the NHS is on it's knees.

I have been waiting months for a pain relief appointment, after 2 years of suffering.

I was told "you seem to be functioning to me, not sure why you are here".

Ill give you a follow up phone call in a few months.

At no point was I asked what the pain was, how it was being caused and was told "nothing I can do!!!!! I would go as far as saying it is a disgrace....nobody cares
