What I liked

The care, kindness and consideration. I was there for Urology problems. I was being seen within minutes of entering the building. I happened to mention a depression. Within minutes, the Hospitals Mental Health RAID team was at my bed side asking questions. The Medical team left us discretely. After the Mental team had finished the Medical team came and finished their work. Overall I could not fault the attitude, kindness, warmth, care and respect given by the staff, Medical and Mental. I do not like having to go to Hospital, but my experience gave me pleasure. Thank You Good Hope A&E I am so grateful.

Thank you very much for sharing your feedback with us and we are delighted to hear you were treated with dignity and first class care. We do rely on patients giving us as much medical history as possible when they come into our hospitals so we can treat them correctly and to the best of our ability.
