What I liked

Not a complaint but a compliment; as I had to attend the Edoscopy Unit today, 10th May, I was thoroughly impressed by the care and courtesy afforded me by each and everybody on the Unit.

The procedure for me was the most invasive i've ever gone through in my entire life. The whole experience was made so much easier by the attitude and kindness of staff, outstanding.

Normally an impatient patient, but patently pleased!

What could be improved

A better gown, but that's it.
