Getting home!

What could be improved

Ward staff were lazy and incompetent. Old lady was left in soiled bed for hours. night staff never seen! visiting seemed to be unofficial tea break for all nurses - god forbid you needed any medical care during that time. several ladies wet themselves wating for commode. Nurses were often rude and abrupt. Would rather suffer at home than go in there again.

Complaint during stay and after discharge fell on deaf ears
