What I liked

I attended the Anti Coagulant Clinic.

The staff were very professional, compassionate, caring and focussed on my needs. they apologised for the very short wait, explained everything they were going to do and made sure I understood. Very thorough and professional.

They were a credit to the hospital and the NHS

What could be improved
