Firstly, I was pleasantly surprised that there was no waiting time, other than the 10 minutes when I arrived early.

The Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner who saw me was very pleasant indeed. She patiently went through my history and then carried out a thorough physical examination, being gentle and sensitive and explaining each step of the way in a manner that I found easy to understand. She was plainly so experienced but also down to earth and warm and friendly. I now look forward to the investigations she will be arranging and then seeing her again when the results are available. For the first time I am feeling optimistic about the future of my back pain. Amazing MSK service!

So impressive. Thankyou!
