"Removal of Gall Bladder"

About: Royal Stoke University Hospital

Was admitted for Gall Bladder elective surgery into Ward 105. Throughout the whole day was treated with kindness and respect. Every member of staff from those on the ward to theatre staff, anaesthesia and the surgeon himself were wonderful. I felt confident and my worries were listed to and questions answered. The staff on the post operative ward were absolutely wonderful, when I felt less than well. I cannot give them sufficient praise. Thank you for making this experience which was not traumatic and has left me feeling very much improved in health.

Thank you so much for taking the time to comment on your recent experience of our hospital. I will ensure your kind words are shared with the Senior Sister and Matron for Ward 105- I know they will be very much appreciated.

I do hope you're continuing to recover well following your procedure.

With best wishes

Rebecca Pilling, Quality Improvement Facilitator: Patient Experience.
