"Gall bladder removal"

About: Lincoln County Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I was admitted with pancreatitis. I was kept informed throughout my stay in hospital. I was a little upset a couple of times because my operation was bumped a couple of times but the nurses and Dr's kept me up to date along the way explaining the reasons why which I fully understand and agreed with. The nurses was always polite, courteous and friendly, very professional while at the same time finding time for a little light humour which really helped me feel easier about being In hospital after losing my mother in the same hospital just over a year ago.

Hi Alfaman

Thank you for taking the time to post this feedback.

I would really like to share it directly with the ward or team who delivered your care, so was wondering whether you could contact me with a few more details?

Would you be able to e-mail me at patient.experience@ulh.nhs.uk with your full name and date of birth. I can then check our records and pass your feedback on to the correct team.

Thank you again, and I look forward to hearing from you shortly.

Regards

Sharon
