About: Lister Hospital / Ophthalmology

I was initially asked on the 10th September 2018 to take my doctors letter to the emergency opthalmic clinic at Lister. Arriving there I was seen promptly by a nurse who took my full details and was told that I would be rung with a date to attend.

The following day I was offered an appointment for the 12th. September 2018 which I had to decline as I had no one to take me and would need drops.

I asked for a replacement appointment. Since that date I have tried contacting them many many times but never get an answer.

Today I tried yet again with no response.
