Dear Jackoman17

I was so sorry to hear that you had had to use our services twice and very much appreciate you taking the time to give such lovely feedback. I too will ensure that staff are aware of what you have written. It means so much to them when they hear that they have been able to support someone at such a difficult and frightening time.

I am not sure if you had surgery and chemotherapy or radiotherapy but I will pass on your kind words to all staff who provide these services to ensure I don't miss anyone out.

Thank you again for taking the time to post this opinion- the staff will be delighted to hear about it.
