I was diagnosed with two pregnancy related illness’s during my pregnancy, one being more serious and involved having to be induced at 38 weeks. My treatment was fantastic, every week I would have to go to the day unit for a CTG and bloods and a lady would always make me feel so comfortable and reassure me and my partner all the time! Got a real sense that she cared as she always remembered what we talked about at previous visits. The other lady on the day unit always did my bloods and always tried to be quick and gentle, unfortunately I have terrible veins but she always did a very good job and was also very friendly. On the 21st of April I was to be induced and stayed for three days giving birth Tuesday 23rd of April. Over my stay I met some amazing midwives, students from memory I can’t remember everyone’s names but my partner and I are over the moon with the care both me and my son Arthur were given. Clearly caring people that care for their patients very well! Will definitely be coming back for future pregnancies
