Dear MM22

Thank you very much for your feedback that you have put on the care opinion website. You have been on a life changing journey and I can’t imagine how difficult this has been for you. I know the staff involved in your care will be delighted to learn of your comments. Feedback is important so we know whether or not we are proving high quality and effective care and it sound like in your instance we managed to achieve this. Knowing that they have been involved in helping you during this time will give the staff feelings of pride and achievement which they will carry on to their other patients.

I hope you are continuing to recover well

Kind regards

Kirsty
