"Useless"

About: West Essex Iapt

Used a self referral card given to me by my GP for depression and anxiety... was stuck straight on an online tool that's just about as useful as google being honest. After completing this and telling them I want to try other therapy (as stated in the first place) they said they would organise a telephone assessment again to discuss this. They have cancelled this scheduled telephone call four times due to someone being sick... I am fuming as clearly there's more than one particular person in the company that can conduct this assessment and I have had no word or support in between this happening which is an utter joke considering the level of depression I suffer from currently. I have read many reviews stating there is no 'talking' therapy available here, so I think I'll be looking for a private practice from now giving that I will probably be waiting about 6 months+ for anyone to actually speak to.
