"Unable to contact department"

About: Queen Elizabeth I I Hospital / Ophthalmology

Five attempts to try and contact eye department at QE2 regarding my disabled partners appointment. Unable to talk to anyone numbers given by main switchboard are unavailable. Has taken five attempts and over an hour. Will have to just turn up and possibly waste the NHS time and I believe £180 . Terrible state of affairs
