Received a text message four days ago stating my prescription "would be ready for collection within 48 hours". Called in today and told it wasn't ready and I'd have to return later in the week. May be worth changing the text message to "ready for collection in two working days" to avoid further inconvenience. An apology for the wasted journey would also have been appreciated.
