"Appointments"

Very disappointed since the practice moved from Rainham. It is almost impossible to get an emergency appointment. Even if you call at opening times you are just held in a queue, by the time you get to speak to someone the appointments have all gone. I had had an issue and called 111, they sent an ambulance to me who told me they would email my doctor and to go to the surgery first thing in the morning, I COULD STILL NOT GET AN APPOINTMENT. Ended up spending the day in hospital on a drip, painkillers and antibiotics
