"Dialysis unit"

About: Charing Cross Hospital

I am in the unfortunate position of having to attend the Dialysis unit at Charing Cross Hospital 3 times a week for hours and hours at a time.

The ward is run for the nurses rather than the patients, there is no care whatsoever they are horrible.

They shout across at each other, kick your bed or chair going past (ok it's an accident not on purpose, but they just don't care), they have the ward hot or cold to suit themselves not to suit the patients, sometimes we sit and shiver with a thin blanket (we are having all the blood taken out of our bodies after all, put through a chilly machine and put back into our bodies).

They make it such a miserable experience.

They ignore you as much as they can and treat you roughly.

I hate going there.
