"A&E via ambulance and CCU"

During a recent emergency admission for an elderly family member, I cannot substantially express my thanks and say how highly rated the care of my elderly grandmother was in addition to my mum and myself, during a highly emotional and potentially upsetting experience. We were are kept totally informed with every aspect of her care and treated and spoken to with compassion. The discussions were honest and to the point but delivered in a gentle manner with our opinions and thoughts considered. Such a fighter despite her 93 years, collapse, heart attack she was still assessed and given a temporary pacemaker, then a permenant pacemaker all with 18 hours. Ageism is not experienced here! I cannot rate rate the staff fromparamedics reception, porters a&e and ccu staff highly enough and thank you seems so insignificant but I thank you from all our family. The roles you all play together are truly inspirational.
