"A&E Attendance"

My husband attended the department following G.P. referral for a cardiac arrrthymia . On arrival we were initially concerned that, due to a communication glitch, the reception staff had no prior notice of his attendance. Nevertheless, he was quickly assessed by a triage nurse and then promptly moved to the Major area within the department. for further assessment, monitoring and treatment.

All the members of the team who looked after him were professional,friendly,and  supportive of us and each other. Additionally their excellent communication skills ensured we were always  kept informed of what was happening. The overall team worked to ensure a positive patient experience.
