I finished sliver cloud quite some time ago (early January) and still require some level of counselling/CBT or support. Firstly getting a telephone consultation was a nightmare. Each time I was offered a time that I could not do, so I gave a list of times I could do - but would go weeks/a month without being messaged and offered another appointment. It took until mid April for me to have a telephone consultation - from which I was told I would be emailed the following week with options. It has now been 3 weeks and I have heard nothing. It’s appalling. I know services are stretched but good mental health care needs good communication. Of which I have had very very little. I feel left in the dark and frankly abandoned by the service. As someone who has utilised mental health services for the last 8 years, this has been by far the most disappointing and unhelpful.
