"Thank you for everything"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus / Neurology

(as the patient),

I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2014. It's been a very long and hard journey but without the help of 2 very special nurses I believe I probably wouldn't be here anymore. Maxine and Razia really do go above and beyond to help not only me but my family too! I'm so grateful and just think that they need some sort of recognition for what they have done for me and continue to do for me every day! I'm writing this just to say thank you for everything! ! ! !

Thank you so much for contacting us and for such wonderful feedback for Maxine and Razia who went above and beyond to help you and your family through such a difficult time. I will make sure that your feedback reaches them and I know they will be thrilled to receive it. You can also nominate our nurses for a DAISY Award for providing excellent care and all the details on how to do this can be found by following this link www.nuh.nhs.uk/the-daisy-awards. Alternatively, by the end of May we are launching our annual staff awards – called Team NUH Awards. You will be able to find more information about our awards via: www.nuh.nhs.uk in the weeks to come.

Best wishes
