2 year old grandson had a fall being concerned about his wrist he fell on and the fact he was obviously in pain we took him to be checked tri-age looked at it moved it around weighed him and stated he was fine does not warrant an xray medicated him will calpol and said go home when your ready. 3 weeks passed and he still wasn't using his wrist took him back on gps advice and poor little mites wrist was broken!!!!!!!

While it's good to hear that you were very pleased with the reception staff it's a pity that you were not happy with the triage and we fully understand your concerns.
