Well organised, dedicated & motivated staff who worked tirelessly to proved exceptional customer care & service.

What could be improved

None was exceptionally pleased with my short stay, ideal place & location for day surgeries.

Anything else?

During my short stay in the day surgery at the Riverside wing, I felt at all times a valued patient, & received excellent care by all the staff who looked after me. Nothing I asked of them was ever to great, as they couldn't do enough for me.
