My 9 year old grand daughter was unfortunate enough to need treatment to a bite on her face whilst holidaying near Taunton recently.

She received excellent care, great kindness and reassurance.

Thank you so much for taking the time to feedback to us.

We pride ourselves on providing kindness as well as great clinical care. As the lead nurse for paediatrics in ED it makes me especially happy when we get feedback like this about the young people and their families that we see.

I hope your granddaughter is recovering well and this didn't spoil the rest of her holiday.
