"Lack of appointments"

I have continuously tried to get an appointment for past three weeks now and always unsuccessful.

I ring as per instructed at 8am where ytou can never get through.

I work so have to try and get an appointment at set times or days but my surgery doesnot offer a service for people like myself to get an appointment in advance.

All just book on the day which i find ridiculous.

I f i was not working anytime appointments are ok to book on the day for but working there seems to be alot of restrictions to booking on the day.

At least save some appointments for the work force who require medical care too.Change is required.
