"Wheelchair maintenance"

The castors on my wheelchair weren't working properly and it was proving very difficult to move around the house. It was making a terrible noise and tiny pieces of metal were falling onto the floor. I phoned in to WestMARC on Monday morning and it was fixed on Wednesday afternoon at my home. The man who came to the house, Allen, was great. He told me what was wrong with the castors and fixed them quickly. He chatted away and even remembered his last visit more than a year ago. When he fixed the problem, he waited until I had transferred back into the chair and checked the castors were fine before saying if there's any other problems, just phone WestMARC. I really appreciate the service, thank you.
