Very briefly: the guy passed me his card on the way out to leave feedback, and certainly the staff were wonderful, the people were all very friendly and the service was quick.
Davey, I think was the name of the wheelchair technician from WestMARC, was really useful and helpful, and he left me with a collection of nuts and bolts and that kind of thing so I can do minor maintenance myself if I need to. This kind of common sense approach is good and it keeps me independent, but he also made it very clear that if I had any other problems at all I could just call him, very helpful.
