"Paramedic help"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital / Maternity care

On the 21 April 2019, 3.24am my new granddaughter Bo was delivered in the back of an ambulance just minutes from the Mat unit in the QE Gateshead, two male paramedics were just fantastic in such a scary situation for me as the grandmother and mother of my daughter giving birth. They handled this situation with dignity, reassurance, professionalism and utmost care, I can't thank you both enough and will try to come and personally thank you, you do a great job without much credit this is why I cannot emphasise how grateful we as a family are to you both. Bless you, and thank you sincerely x
