the new repeat prescription system is inaccurate on what you can and can not order. it is so bad I now have to make two journeys to the surgery for my prescription. iwould award this service as minus 5stars

We are sorry that you are having an issue with this. It isn't actually our fault as the whole of the local GP network have gone over to a new system that will allow us to be compliant with the government's new contract demands for practices to allow online booking, prescriptions, access to notes and results. With all IT changes there are issues with change over and training for the new systems. Believe us when we say that the change has increased our workload and pressures but we are confident that the system will be better for patients and us, eventually. Not all practices in England have access to this service yet; some wait until things are sorted and some get on board early and help sort out the issues with user groups and the IT companies. Twyford is usually tries to adopt early if the overall benefits look good for our patients.
