"Quick and efficient."

About: Cromer Hospital

Following a fall on Wednesday 24th I visited Cromer Minor injuries on Thursday 25th with a further injury to an existing poorly knee joint. I was scared and apprehensive that I would once again be told to expect this with a current knee injury as I had been previously by a King Lynn consultant and to rest and take pain killers. However I was treated in a very helpful, understanding and empathetic manor by a Dr/Nurse who arranged for an xray, spent the time to find the most appropriate person at the N&N to refer me to and made the appointment for the following day.

Although I am now looking at possible knee replacement I do not feel brushed off as too young to have such a problem knee and pleased that I have been trying to my best ability to prolong what seems now imminent. I wish to thank the team for being so helpful and arranging for me to see a further great consultant at the N&N. Thank you.
