Viewed short term, during the latter half of 2018, my family consisting of my elderly parents and myself received extremely welcome and effective support and treatment from the Woodley team.
All 3 of us have be dealing with (and continue to to) challenging health and welfare issues over recent years and in the short term we have struggled with the challenges of one of the family dealing with terminal cancer and eventually dying in December 2018.
The support, home visits, assistance with home care and welfare provided by the Woodley team was and remains second to none.
Whilst in general terms the NHS gets a lot of bad press, my belief is that falls in the laps of the government and snr management teams and is not the responsibility of the teams that face the public daily, the practitioners. From a personal perspective I cannot thank the Woodley team enough, for their service over the last 3 to 4 years and especially during the last 6 months..
