"Couldn't have done more"

I would like to pass on my thanks to the staff at Russell's Hall hospital who looked after my 16 year old son who had a head injury as a result of playing sport.

The A@E department was so well organised and very helpful, we were seen very quickly by the nurse and s doctor was bought in.

After confirming not a major head injury we were quickly bought into a cubicle where again a full check over was done and agreed a facial x-ray and observations was the course of action. due to my son's age and still being st school we were moved to children A&E as they felt that was better for him while they wait for a s room. We were moved to B5 and my son had his own room the staff were lovely so helpful.couldnt be more helpful and care was first class.
