What I liked

I was admitted to Ward 9 for a right knee arthroscopy and was very impressed by the nursing staff. I received a warm welcome from them. Unfortunately, my procedure was cancelled due to me starting with a chest infection. Once the staff found out I wasn't having it done, they made sure I had a drink and something to eat. Many thanks to all concerned.
