"First class. I congratulate all at Frimley Park...."

What I liked

The treatment I received throughout my stay was first class.

All the staff were very good at their jobs and, just as important friendly and caring.

The support services such as food and regular hot drinks were delivered with a smile and the food was very good considering they provide for 750 patients 3 times a day, very important when you're lying in bed all day!

I don't believe money could have bought better services.

What could be improved

One aspect of my stay, not specific to Frimley Park, I think needs to be improved, is the design of the gowns that all patients have to wear.

There must be a better design that meets the clinical needs of the hospital and also allows the patient to maintain a measure of dignity.
