"Rapid Response service and At home"

This is on behalf of my mother-in-law who would like to thank the service for helping her after her fall last Friday.   Wendy in particular has been praised for helping mum get up from the floor (having fallen trying to get in her front door after being dropped off by dial-a-ride- who had not been able to get her up) and for reviewing her chest issues and ensuring she now has the correct medication.     The followup by @home was very  valuable to reassure everyone that she is now improving (previously we had worried she might need to be hospitalised).     Thank you to Wendy for being so thorough and taking such as holistic approach!
