About: The Great Western Hospital / Urology

Have had 2 procedures done in this department .Staff so helpful ,friendly ,reassuring and polite.( putting up with my constant chatter ) .Also aftercare

and ability to call the unit for any queries and being able to speak to a reassuring nurse was amazing. I keep telling everyone what a wonderful time Ihad As if I had been on a 'Jolly' ..Icouldnt thank everyone I met and helped me enough . BIG THANKYOU
