What I liked

Right from my first appt in March the staff were warm friendly and approachable, and behaved in an impeccably professional and efficient manner. The receptionist was a breath of fresh air and with each visit putting me at ease with her warm friendly smile.

My physiotherapist was quick though thorough to diagnose my injury fully and its potential causes and I felt he provided me the best possible treatment for a speedy recovery. He gave good advice and recommendations that I will continue to implement for life to ensure I will never need treating for this type of injury again (fingers crossed!).

He gave me back my faith in my physical ability when I was beginning to believe my newly chosen career was over before it had even begun and there are no words to express my gratitude for that.

I have always received good service from the NHS and my recent and past visits to Dorking Hospital have further boosted my faith in the NHS as a service I can totally rely on to provide me with the best care possible should I ever need it again.
