(as a parent/guardian),

I brought my 3 year old daughter into St Marys Hospital Children's Ward on Wednesday for a blood test. The team were absolutely amazing. The nurse Patience talked my daughter through the process, she was kind and gentle. The whole thing was so well organised and commendable. My daughter was initially nervous, but came away with a beaming smile on her face and a certificate. Thank you to all the staff; The Play Therapist, the HCA and Nurse Patience - all fabulous.

It is such a worrying time when your child needs a test or treatment, so I am glad that the experience was a positive one for you both, and that the team were able to ensure that your daughter left the hospital smiling and with a certificate!
