About: Ranworth Surgery

sat on the phone waiting for 16 minutes early afternoon. No receptionist answered so gave up! Phoned again about 16.30 and sat on hold again for 23 minutes. Receptionist finally answered then cut me off. The extra stress this causes by reception is ridiculous. When you're ill anyway you don't need your blood pressure rising even more!!

I am sorry you had a delay when trying to get through to the surgery on the phone.

Unfortunately, our phones do get very busy at peak times.

I am concerned that after waiting for 23 minutes you believe you were cut off.

I would like to look into this as all of our calls are recorded, so please could you let me have your contact details so I can investigate further?
